Google's Quick Office now available free for iOS and Android

Google today announced that it's Quick Office app now available free for both iOS and Android devices. The app lets you edit your MS office files such as .doc and .xls files directly from your smartphones and tablets. The only requirement is users have to sign in with their Google account.

And also if you have connected your Drive account with this app, Google will give you additional 10GB of free cloud space for two years.

The only disadvantage is users cannot able to edit office documents such as .doc and .xls files, first users have to convert them to Google docs files.

Google acquired QuickOffice in June last year and previously it was available for $50 per year. Now the company relaunched the Quick Office app free for both Android and iOS users.
