- Go to Blogger.com and sign in to your account
- Then go to Layout ==> Add a Gadget ==> More Gadgets Tab
- Click on the Contact Form widget
- Then change the title of your Contact Form if you wish, finally click on the blue Save button to add new contact form to your blogs.
